Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the item:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Large furniture items may require freight shipping and can take 1–3 weeks for delivery. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time for these items.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on select items or orders.

Delivery Details
For smaller items, packages will be delivered directly to your doorstep. For larger furniture pieces, curbside or scheduled delivery may be required. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect large deliveries at the scheduled time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund when applicable.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large items or freight deliveries.
